Making the Right Choice

We are proud to say that North Natomas residents are doing their part to better traffic congestion, air quality, and their wallets more than ever! The Flyer Shuttle saw the highest first quarter ridership ever, in the beginning of 2017.

Congrats to North Natomas for choosing to take the Flyer. By doing so, you are making a positive impact on the roadways and the community at large. Parents and adults who elect to leave the car at home set a great example for the youth of Natomas who will choose to walk and bike to school instead of hopping in the car. These small efforts create a culture of healthy, happy people.

Way to go, North Natomas!

It's Warming Up Out There

High temperatures can contribute to an unhealthy air quality, but that isn't the only factor that triggers a Spare the Air Day. Spare the Air Days are announced when the AQI for ground-level ozone pollution is forecast to reach 126 or above.

Sign up for Spare the Air Alerts and ride the Flyer Shuttle for free when a Spare the Air Day is announced. Spare the Air Days are determined by the 1 p.m. the day prior.
